We present private research center called NEILA TECHNOLOGY. In our center we conduct breakthrough scientific research in the field of principally new ways of propulsion in space and the study of the properties of physical vacuum. At the moment, we are faced with the need to develop a new software complex in order to successfully continue our research.
When we started to develop our software complex, we realized that such software does not exist until now and it would be very useful for research organizations, various research institutes, schools, colleges and universities. For the research institutes as a research program complex, and for schools, colleges and universities as an educational and demonstration complex. Therefore, we decided to go to crowdfunding with an appeal to the public and a proposal to raise funds – for the full development of a free version of this software.
Main features of the software
The software complex “Wave geometry” is intended for research in the field of acoustics and electrodynamics, as well as for demonstration of wave phenomena and processes in simple and complex systems of wave-forming sources.
The complex provides ample opportunities for the researcher to visualize the studied processes and obtain accurate parametric data.
The program is based on the Euclidean geometry, in which the missing axiom missed by Euclid is added to the known axioms: the axiom of the base presence (the axiom of the base). At its core, this axiom is a substrate (carrier) for displaying points, lines, shapes in both “frozen” and kinematic form.
Without carrier for builds (base), there is no way to display anything. The carrier can be one-dimensional, two-dimensional, and imaginary. The carrier is always motionless in relation to the external observer and it is an absolute frame of reference.
Mathematical apparatus for the calculation and display of what is happening on the screen are algebra and trigonometry.
What the program will demonstrate:
- Doppler effect (all variants at V=const);
- Doppler effect during acceleration of “source-receiver” system (V=at);
- Doppler effect at accelerated motion of either source or receiver, or both;
- standing waves compression (length of the base, correction for phase);
- speed of the energy current;
- interference from two or more sources;
- self-organization of two or more sources;
- reaction of the source system to a change in parameters;
- movement and self-movement of soft systems consisting of two or more sources;
- movement and self-movement of rigid systems consisting of two or more sources;
- distribution of kinetic and potential energy in the source system;
- wave calculator that allows to automatically calculate all the geometric and wave parameters;
The user will be able to vary the parameters and observe the changes occurring both in the field of interfering waves and with the source system.
- user will be able to study/investigate the Doppler effect for all possible standard situations;
- user will be able to study/investigate the Doppler effect for the situation of system motion with acceleration;
- user will be able to set and receive data of wavelengths and frequencies of sources and receivers;
Standing waves compression
- user will be able to study and compare the dependence of the standing wave length on the speed and orientation of the source system;
This functionality will allow you to construct interferometric devices and visualize the wave processes occurring in the device, as well as to predict the results. In the program, you can select the original postulates that underlie a particular physical model, and compare the results.
For example, the Michelson interferometer.
There are at least two conditions for analysis:
1) Existence of wave medium;
2) Absence of wave medium;
To study condition №1, three variants of coordinate transformations are selected: according to Galileo, according to Lorentz, according to Voigt. It will be possible to investigate the ballistic version proposed by Walther Ritz.
For option №2, in which the speed of waves is always constant relative to the radiating source, also you can view what is happening.
Basic formulas included in the program:
- dependence of the wavelength on the source velocity (Doppler effect);
- dependence of the received frequency on the speed of the source/receiver;
- dependence of the standing wave length of an approaching/receding mirror/source;
- dependence of the standing wave length in the source system on its velocity and orientation angle to the direction of motion;
- dependence of the symmetry of the wave image in a moving system on the reduction of the system size and phase shift between the oscillating elements;
Are there free analogues of our software?
We spent a lot of time on the Internet looking for free and paid analogues of our research software and can confidently say that there are no analogues. At least we couldn’t find them.
Creation of the final free version of the research software “Wave Geometry” for the research of wave processes and phenomena in the field of acoustics and electrodynamics. After the creation of the program – it will be freely distributed to all interested researchers and also to interested schools, colleges, universities.
Proposal for commercial implementation of our software
We also invite to cooperation the world companies which are engaged in development and distribution of the software. With this cooperation, we can create a more advanced paid version of our research and educational software, which will feature many additional modules.
Why is this project Important?
When carrying out experiments on the movement in space in a fundamentally new, non-rocket way, as well as during experiments on the registration of physical vacuum (ether) – we had to think about creating a specialized computer program. It is about modeling and visualization of the energy processes involved in the formation of the propulsive force, as well as changes in the wave parameters of material objects during their movement in space. We could not find programs capable of doing this, so the task was to create such a tool from scratch. And we started to implement it.
The first stage is passed and the program, even in unfinished form, can already do a lot. But there is an understanding, and it follows from the technical task, that for the qualitative implementation of the plan requires high-level team work of programmers.
We pay special attention to the fact that the main part of the program will be free. This means that schools, higher education institutions, as well as anyone will be able to use the program without any payment and licenses. We are interested in the fact that the knowledge of invisible wave processes is available to the public and serves for the benefit of science and the human community.
The software is only the first stage
One of our tasks is the maximum popularization of our software NEILA TECHNOLOGY research center. Because the next and the main stage of development of NEILA TECHNOLOGY research center is the development of fundamentally new propulsion systems for moving in space on the basis of a new physical principle developed by us.
But since the project to develop new (non-rocket) space propulsion systems is very expensive, the task is to attract the attention of the giants of the space industry to our organization and research. Therefore, through this project, we hope to attract the maximum attention of the public and then perhaps information about us will get to people associated with the development of technologies for space flights from organizations such as NASA, SpaceX, Arianespace, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, OneSpace Technology, Interstellar Technologies and other space companies.
We are well aware that our scientific projects are projects of civilizational level, so we will be as open to a wide audience as possible. We also want to pass on a worthy scientific and technical heritage to our descendants. If you think in the same categories as we do, then join us and support our open source software project!
We believe that after the creation of the free version of the program, it will receive a huge free distribution via the Internet, and various schools, universities, research centers and private researchers will use it in research and educational activities. This will draw a lot of attention to our other breakthrough research in physics, such as: fundamentally-new way of moving in space and registration of physical vacuum (ether). Next, we will present our other research projects for funding through crowdfunding.
Accordingly, many research laboratories will begin to repeat the experimental work that we have done and science will step on a new stage of development and understanding of physical processes and phenomena. Then there will be new technologies for moving spacecraft on the principle we have discovered, which will allow us to quickly and cost-effectively move through the Solar system and colonize the planets.
In our life there will be new autonomous technologies in the field of navigation, which do not need satellites or mobile networks. There will be many other new technologies that use the physical vacuum (ether) in the basis of their work. Thanks to our discoveries – science and technology will step forward. It seems to us that this is very important for all mankind!
It is also important that the state, which will be the first to start using new technologies based on our scientific research, will have an undeniable advantage over other countries in both the military and the technological sphere.
For the release of the free version of our research software we need from £18,000. The entire amount will go to the salaries of programmers. 3 our programmers will work for about 4 months on the software. The monthly salary of each programmer will be £1500. Accordingly, 1500 times 3 – get the total salary of programmers for one month. And then multiply this salary by 4 months and get the amount we need in £18,000. So, if we get a large sum, it is also good, because we have ambitious plans to improve the program and add various modules to the program.
Yuri N. Ivanov – D.Sc., Scientific Supervisor of Neila Technology research center
Yuri N. Ivanov graduated from the Zhdanov Higher Military Engineering School, Kaliningrad Technical Institute (mechanical engineer). He is a full member of the International Informatization Academy (1997), a full member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (1998), Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) (1998).

Dmitri Kozhevnikov – Head of Laboratory
He graduated from BMSTU (Bauman Moscow State Technical University), is a theoretical physicist by education. He is also a doctor of philosophy (Ph.D.). For many years he has been engaged in breakthrough research in the field of electrodynamics and quantum mechanics.
From 2015 to the present day he is the Head of Laboratory of NEILA TECHNOLOGY research center, which deals with new technologies in the field of space propulsion systems, navigation and alternative energy.

Vladimir Stepanov – Head of IT Department
He graduated from MSU (Moscow State University) and is a theoretical physicist. He worked in many research laboratories in the field of computer modeling of physical processes. For many years he has been interested in programming and creating software for modeling various physical processes and phenomena.
From 2015 to the present day he is the Head of IT Department of NEILA TECHNOLOGY research center, which deals with new technologies in the field of space propulsion systems, navigation and alternative energy.

Maxim Bronevsky – PR Deputy Director
Maxim Bronevsky served in the Air Force communications battalion. After his dismissal from the army service, he worked in the police – in the department of communications and information support. After working in the police, he worked in the engineer department of the technical base of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. He graduated from SPbSUT (St. Petersburg State University of Telecommunications) and IIT (Institute of Information Technology) at the NSMU (Northern State Medical University).
